Yes, if you choose the shop carefully. BROTHERSBAG has traded from the same street in Türkler since 1996, prices fairly from the start and talks prices through openly, never pressures you to buy, and puts a written lifetime guarantee on leather, zippers and hardware. Our reviews on Google and TripAdvisor are public and verified by those platforms, so you can check us before you visit.
Six brothers, together since 1996, with two stores in Alanya. It is a family business, not a franchise: the people who serve you own the shop. Our aim is simple — do the work properly, help wherever we can, and treat customers as people we want to see again rather than sales to close.
Our leather goods are made in Türkiye from Turkish leather. It is real leather, never bonded or pressed leather, and some pieces are cut and stitched in our own workshop.
Most of our range is offered in up to three quality levels at different prices. Moving up a tier changes the leather grade, the lining and the metal hardware; the cut and design stay the same. Staff will show you the tiers side by side so you can feel the difference yourself, and every tier carries the same lifetime guarantee on leather, zippers and hardware.
We work in three quality levels, so there is something for every budget. As a rough guide: standard pieces about €30–60, good quality about €100–200, and premium about €200–400. The exact price depends on the piece, and we are happy to talk it through. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you the price straight away. Whatever you choose, you know what you get: a fair price and a lifetime guarantee on leather, zips and hardware.
Yes. We keep margins low, so our prices are fair from the start, and we are happy to talk them through openly. You will never be pushed to decide on the spot.
Turkish lira, euros, British pounds and US dollars in cash, and all major credit and debit cards. There is no card surcharge, and every purchase comes with a printed receipt.
English, German, Russian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Turkish. WhatsApp messages in any of these languages are welcome.
Yes. BROTHERSBAG and BROTHERSBG are the same family store in Türkler, Alanya. You will see the shorter spelling on some social media posts and photos; the shop, the people and the guarantee are identical.
Guarantee & after your trip
The leather quality, the zippers, and the hardware such as buckles and clasps, for the life of the product. Lining and stitching are the only exclusions. Keep your receipt or WhatsApp confirmation as proof of purchase.
Unused items with tags and receipt can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for another item or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds for in-store purchases. Faults covered by the lifetime guarantee are handled separately and without a time limit.
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo and your receipt. For anything covered by the lifetime guarantee we will agree a repair or replacement — either on your next visit to Alanya or by post at our cost. Many customers come back year after year, and we treat every return visitor as family.
Yes, on request. We can send your purchase to most countries, including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Scandinavia. We use FedEx, DHL or Turkish Post, and the price depends on how fast you need it. Ask on WhatsApp for the shipping cost and delivery time to your country. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Pickup & visiting
Yes. We collect you from supported hotels between Alanya and Side — Türkler, Konaklı, Avsallar, İncekum, Payallar, Okurcalar and Manavgat — bring you to the store and take you back, free of charge. Send us your hotel name on WhatsApp or use the request form and we will confirm right away.
Hotels close to the store can usually be picked up the same day. For hotels further away, such as Side or Antalya, please book a day in advance; pickups there start after 12:00.
No. The pickup, your visit and the ride back are all free, with no obligation to purchase anything at any point.
Türkler is on the D400 coast road between Alanya and Side. Dolmuş minibuses run along the coast all day and stop near Sipahioğlu Çarşısı; a taxi from Alanya centre takes about 25 minutes and from Side about 45. We are on Gölcük Caddesi, the glass corner shop with the terrace seating, open every day from 09:00 to 23:30.
