Send us a friend. We will say thank you.

Every guest gets a personal code. When someone shops with your code, you collect a point, and points turn into gifts from our store. No money changes hands.

How It Works

Three simple steps.

Get your code

After your purchase, ask us for your personal code. We send it to you on WhatsApp, so you will not lose it.

Share it

Give it to friends, family or the people you met at your hotel. They show the code when they pay.

Collect points

Every friend who makes a purchase with your code earns you one point. We keep the count and message you when a gift is ready.

The Gifts

What your points turn into.

1 pointA T-shirt or a pair of sunglasses

3 pointsA leather wallet or belt

5 pointsA bag from our outlet selection

Your friend is not forgotten either: they receive a small welcome gift with their first purchase.

The Fine Print

Simple and fair.

Points are earned for purchases, not for visits.
Only the person who sends a friend earns the point. Friends of friends do not count.
Points are valid for two years.
Gifts come from a selection we keep in stock. The selection may change; points have no cash value.

And Sometimes, A Little More

A thank you you will remember.

For larger purchases we sometimes say thank you with dinner at Lost in Alanya, with pickup from your hotel and a ride back afterwards.

We also organise boat trips and day tours around Alanya. Ask us, and we will help you plan a day out.

Work at a hotel, or as a guide or driver? We have a separate partner arrangement for you. Work with us →
