This website has no customer accounts, no online checkout and no newsletter. The forms on this site (hotel pickup, collaboration requests) do not store anything on our server: they only prepare a WhatsApp message on your own phone. Nothing is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, hotel, dates and what you are looking for. We use them only to answer you, arrange a pickup, prepare an order or send an item you asked us to send. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy.

This website uses Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag to understand how the site is used and whether our advertising works, for example how many visitors tap the WhatsApp or pickup buttons. Google may set cookies and process your IP address and device information for this purpose. You can limit personalised advertising in your Google account settings (adssettings.google.com) or block cookies in your browser; the website works without them.

The “Ask us” chat on this website is an AI assistant. What you type there is sent to our server and to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) only to generate an answer; we do not store the conversation and do not use it for advertising. Please do not enter personal details such as passport or card numbers. For bookings, prices and anything personal, write to us on WhatsApp instead.

Some pages show content from other providers: Google Maps (map), Google Fonts (typefaces), TripAdvisor (rating widget) and links to Instagram and Facebook. When these load, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policy. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short technical logs to protect and deliver the site.

If you join our Friends programme, we keep your name, your personal code, a WhatsApp number to reach you and the purchases made with your code, so that we can count your points. We keep this for two years after your last activity and then delete it.

WhatsApp conversations and order details are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping duties in Türkiye, for example for invoices.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR, you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Message us on WhatsApp or call +90 553 668 11 98 and we will reply as soon as we can. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or to the data protection authority in your country.
