Take your time
A good shop will let you look, touch and leave without buying. If you feel rushed, that is your answer. Come back later, compare, and buy only when you are sure.
Ask what it is made of
Ask clearly whether a piece is real leather, and where it was made. At BROTHERSBAG our leather goods are made in Türkiye from Turkish leather, never bonded or pressed leather. If you want to check for yourself, our leather guide shows four quick tests.
Understand the quality levels
Most shops sell several qualities side by side. We work in three: standard pieces at about €30–60, good quality at about €100–200 and premium at about €200–400. Ask which level a piece belongs to before you talk about the price.
Talk about the price openly
A fair shop is happy to talk the price through. You should never be pushed to decide on the spot.
Paying and receipts
We accept cash in Turkish lira, euro, sterling and US dollars, and all major cards with no card surcharge. Always ask for a receipt: you need it for exchanges and for any guarantee claim.
Exchanges and guarantees
Ask about the rules before you pay. With us, unused items with tags and receipt can be exchanged within 14 days, and leather, zips and hardware are covered for life. Lining and stitching are not covered.
Getting to Türkler
BROTHERSBAG is in Türkler, between Alanya and Side, open every day from 09:00 to 23:30. We offer free pickup and return from supported hotels. Hotels nearby can usually be collected the same day; for Side or Antalya, book a day ahead.
