How It Works

Five steps, start to finish.

Send your hotel name

We confirm your pickup

We'll let you know whether your hotel or area is currently supported, and arrange the pickup details together.

We pick you up

Transportation brings you to our store in Türkler at the agreed time.

Shop at your own pace

Browse freely — there is no pressure and no obligation to purchase anything.

Return to your hotel

We arrange complimentary return transportation after your visit.

Request a pickup

Tell us where you are. We do the rest.

Fill in three details and the form opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. We reply with a confirmation, usually within minutes during opening hours.

Please note: pickup is available for supported hotels and areas only — not every hotel or location in the wider Alanya region is automatically covered. Message us your hotel name first and we'll confirm right away. Hotels close to the store can usually be picked up the same day. For hotels further away, such as Side or Antalya, please book a day in advance; pickups there start after 12:00.
